I hope you have a little time to read this review before you book. The challet we stayed in was amazing. It's a full house just for yourself with everything you need. There's a sunset where sun rises up from the water and you can watch it from the bedroom once you wake up. Manu also offers a breakfast basket, which is amazing way to just start a day slowly with long talks, and the basket is really tasty. The main thing that makes this stay special is Manu. You know why you like staying at your friend's house? Because they know everything about the city and everyone. Staying at Manu's is like this. She sends you a list full of everything. Massage? Do you want inside challet or outside? It's here that and that. Flowers? Order here, they deliver. Quads/moto? Here's a contact to Wagner. Restaurants? What do you like - this is amazing for poke bowls, this for fish, this for steak, this for Japanese food. Kite instructors (I recommend Gunter/Samurai from Sensei Kite, he's the best in town but usually fully booked). So challet is good, but when you say that you're from Manu everyone smiles and trusts you like a friend. This is what made this stay special and feeling like a local. Knowing Manu opens many doors and her reputation around town is amazing - everyone loves her. So if you're considering other places, please do, but know that there's service and there's being treated like a friend/local. Manu's opens doors for the second :) P.S. There's Starlink.
We had a wonderful stay at Manuela's house in Preá. The house is spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and very well kept. Manuela is an exceptional host, always available to help. The property is perfect for relaxing, working remotely or exploring Preá. Everything was clean, organized and exactly as described. We recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Staying at Manuela's house on Praia do Preá was an absolute highlight of my trip. Manuela is warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. The house is beautiful and perfectly located. The Wi-Fi worked very well, making it easy to stay connected while feeling completely disconnected. I could not recommend it more.
Manu is, without a doubt, the best host of all time! The place is amazing: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe, great location. I spent 2 weeks working remotely from the chalet and it was not enough time. I can not wait to come back!
This place was incredible, so cozy and comfortable! We stayed a week and did not want to leave. The air conditioning works well, there was hot water in the shower, strong Wi-Fi. The owner is a precious person, always available. Breakfast was perfect and healthy, made fresh. We can not wait to come back!
The host Manuela is sensational, friendly, proactive, she helped us find amazing spots off the beaten track. The location is beautiful and very close to the beach, the house is perfect for a couple, well kept and well equipped. I can not wait to come back.
The place is incredible! A few steps from the beach, a breathtaking view. Manu is an excellent host, she makes a point of welcoming guests and explaining everything, and even takes you on a tour of the area by quad bike. Extremely clean and organized. Congratulations Manu for the care and warmth!

A big thank you to Manu, who is an extraordinary host! We spent an incredible week in this chalet. It is quiet, by the water, right next to the kitesurf spot, near Jericoacoara. Manu is really super available, always there to help and give good advice. The chalet is top notch, super cozy with a superb view. I recommend it 10000%!
We spent a week here and went kitesurfing every day. The beach is a two-minute walk away. We felt right at home in this two-story chalet, all in wood, with a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor shower to rinse off after kitesurfing. Manu, our host, made our stay perfect. We loved it!
